POur les utilisateurs et acheteurs Européens de solutions chez oQo ( http://www.oqo.com ) et notamment du oQo e2 et de ces successeurs, ces derniers doivent passer par des process complexes de renvoit de la machine au revendeur pour pouvoir faire réparer potentiellement leur machine.

Désormais le support est simplifié, puisqu’une cellule spécifique a été crée au sein de la société oQo pour prendre en charge les acheteurs Européens: un numéro de télméphone Spécial (UK)à et un conatct Email support spécifique est disponible avec une prise en charge sous 1 jour (hors week end)

OQO customer care and technical support are available in three ways:

  2. By phone +1 415 315 0700+1 415 315 0700(Mon-Fri, 14:00-22:00 UK time), with the exception of New Years Day, Memorial Day (May 25, 2009), 4th of July, Labor Day (Sep 1, 2008), Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27, 2008) and Christmas Day.

direct repairs for EU & EFTA customers

We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to our service process for all EU & EFTA customers.

 

Our EU & EFTA customers can now work direct with OQO to troubleshoot and repair in-warranty OQO hardware. For this service please contact us via the email or telephone number shown above. Please note that both email and telephone support are currently available in English language only.

For any equipment that needs to be returned for repair, a returns authorisation number will be issued along with instructions to return the equipment direct to OQO in the UK. Please do not send any equipment without the relevant returns authorisation number as we will be unable to accept it. Repaired equipment will be returned by OQO, carriage paid.

This direct repair service is available for all EU & EFTA countries. It is not currently available for customers outside these regions. For a list of countries in which this service is available, please see this KB article.
